Your Contract for purchases made through this site is with Air Relax Australia and that you undertake that any and all goods ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only.

 

Although the Air Relax Compression Recovery System is not a medical or therapeutic device, We suggest you must seek medical advice from a licensed Medical Practitioner pertaining that this system is cleared by them for you to use.

 

By purchasing the Air Relax Compression Recovery System, You are declaring that you have sought medical advice and you are cleared to use the Air Relax Compression Recovery System, strictly for massaging only.

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on this site. If you are under 18 you may only place an order in conjunction with, and under the supervision of, a parent or a guardian.

You undertake to ensure that details provided by you for the purpose of ordering any Air Relax Australia  product/s are correct and valid. You also warrant that the credit or debit card used in respect of such orders is your own and that youhave sufficient credit or funds available to cover the total cost of each order including delivery costs.

Air Relax Australia will not be liable for any damages or loss, including indirect or consequential losses, arising in any connection with any use by you or other users of the website or items ordered that is in contravention of these Terms and Conditions or is not directly attributable to our negligence. Where  Air Relax Australia are liable for direct loss this will be limited to a maximum of the total price of the items ordered by you and in respect of which the claim relates.

Air Relax Australia will not be deemed responsible for any failure or delay in delivery of products ordered or any damage to such goods where such failure, delay or damage is caused by an event beyond Air Relax Australia's control.  However, we will endeavor to work with you as quickly as possible to help resolve any issues that may arise.

Payment, Delivery and Refund Policy

Air Relax Australia does not give credit or accept part payments under any circumstances.  Our Policy is 100% payment before delivery.  Upon receiving your payment Air Relax Australia will have your package ready for Fastway Couriers as soon as possible and send you the tracking number.  Air Relax Australia  does not take responsibility for any packages lost in transit. However, Air Relax Australia will work with you to resolve any delivery issues as best we can. Fastway covers up to $1000 damages for local and interstate deliveries. 

 

Air Relax Australia does not refund for change of mind.

The Air Relax Compression Recovery System is not a medical or therapeutic device, it is not recommended for treating any medical conditions and is strictly for massage purposes only.

Please ensure that you read all the information on the product packaging and follow manufacturer’s instructions. Check that goods received are not damaged, especially plugs and sockets, before usage. Never attempt to repair any electrical products.
